Of course too, DOC are constrained by the their legislative framework (and their ministers's directions). As it is, some things are simply impossible.

Geez what a fuck up that is. I got one, timed it and put a small chamfer down to the barrel OD. Then refitted it to a heavier barrel, machining the chamfer off and starting again. Sent from my...

Greetings Zimmer and All, There we have it. Twist makes no practical difference to velocity. Hard data should triumph over theory every time, especially theory not based on fact. I saw an ad the...

Maybe a smaller chamber in the fast twist (so more pressure, therefore higher velocity). Probably easy enough to check by dropping a case fired in the Remmy into the X-bolt.

Lots of things could affect it.... The Rem probably has a looser chamber and or more freebore lowering preasure and hence velocities.

No it shouldn't all other things being equal. In theory if anything it should be slower as using more of the energy to rotate the projectile faster.

In all these examples the tag system purpose is still to limit take in some way. We fundamentally don't need to limit take to meet the realistic legal and ecological goals that are the real issue for...

Interestingly reading the above study one might conclude that shooting high numbers of only stags may have a counterproductive effect on herd numbers, as acute reduction in immediate grazing...
