I ran mine in a long action mag with 41gr 2208 from a 18inch barrel. Would still smack fallow and goats over at 600meters

My Sako A7 7-08 is a 14.5 Inch 9.5 twist barrel and it stabilises the 162 ELDM just fine at around 2500fps. Stacks them into sub moa groups & i have used it out to around 400y on deer.

I'm guessing with Greg having to rebuild his entire lifes work time simply wasn't there to make the extra episodes.

A 145 hammer projectile would be mint in the prc. My saum punches them out a 3230 with no preasure signs so I imagine the prc would be faster

Nice. What MV is it doing? I shot a large body stag with my 143 @240 yards last week and was very impressed with performance. No exit apart from 2 petals. MV 3180fps

43.5gr 2209 and 140 ELD/AMAX worked well in two 260 Tikkas I had/have. 2.800" COAL. I'd imagine around 42-44gr of 2209 would be a very safe beet to start load development.
