Yeah those LRAB are pretty tough. My son shot a red hind at about 120m right through both shoulders with a 129gr out of his 260, it then cleaned up a healthy manuka bush passing right through a 2"...

Ok so really just stick with a cup and core 130 grains and up, pretty sure Brian bought about a 1000 150 grain projectiles corelocks or something I'll just flog some off him :thumbsup:

T3 6.5 Swede I sold to to that Swede lovin Taihape bloke had an 18" barrel, it was going 2800 with 140 Amax and VLD, with more barrel, comes more velocity. Swede in a modern action - load it...

I run mine at 2830fps. Absolutely outstanding performance. I'm running 168s in my 308 and will be running the 160s in my 284 aswell as my new to me 7mm08 model 7.
