I've compared a stainless steel baffle vs an aluminium baffle on a 22 inch 308. No noticeable difference in noise and recoil reduction. There was however a very noticeable difference in longevity.

Agree with everything, except I can say from experience that JW15A's are right up there with the CZ's in terms of accuracy. Not sure about Marlins though.

I have one in 308. Accurate reliable rifles. They are built like tanks, reminds me of the Ruger M77 series, but more refined.
