They are bloody hard to keep still if you want one for indicating deer. I’ve seen a few crossed ones that have been ok (blue merle x, and Kelpie x). It also gives them a bit of leg to see above shit....

Ive used SST out to 500 yards in 6.5 and they have been fine. Expanded ok to half way down the shank at 400 odd. Started at 2800 fps.
