Interesting. I might have to check my 100 yard sight in. I took a guess at velocity and took a shot at the gong at 331 yards and hit low. Made the adjustment to hit the centre. Then worked backward...

You can stretch a 223 out even further on a nice still day. Here's (https://youtu.be/x98zgVXK0wM) a recent effort of mine with a 69gr TMK @ 2960ft/s. Range was 615m :).
