It has different warning levels, one is when you are approaching max pressure and a different one when it's over. ALWAYS compare loads from Quickload or GRT with another source and ofcourse work up....

Lucky - I have a full box of Sierra 100 gn spitzers #1620 and maybe half a bix of #1625 100 Gn boattails if thay are any use to you - Ken Waters in "Pet Loads" says they will stabilize in the 1:14...

Its a good idea to look for "resilience" in you load, I try and find a spot where +/- 0.5 gn (in 308 class cases) doesn't open up the ES or group . . . .

I've owned and hunted with two and shot two loaners hunting. They are accurate little rifles for shooting groups but for some reason I could never shoot well with one on the hill - missed many shots...
