My 260 with a 19" barrel is doing 2700 with 140s and 2800 with 130s. Id imagine 2600fps with 140s would be fairly easy with the Creedmoor. Accuracy won't be an issue unless the gunsmith messed it...

There will be a slight difference between uphill and downhill. Uphill is going against gravity so will slow down a bit more, downhill is going with gravity so will slow down slightly less.
