That was my thoughts too and could be even be a many times fired case accidentally mixed up with the new cases.

Kimber Adirondack are the only factory stainless steel bolt action that I know of. Gun city had some semi custom Howa, CZ and Tikka T3 in stainless made up a year or two ago with cheap suppressors.
