timattalon liked post by kimjon On thread : suggestions on material to build up rifle stock grip
How about cutting a flat surface on the grip, say 10mm in. Then epoxy glue a nice slab of similar looking timber on it well oversized. Then shape it to fit. Ive done this in the past to a few...

.308. Hit them and they drop. Plus it's a very common calibre to buy ammo for, plus it'll likely sell just as easily if he chooses to subsequently upgrade. My 2c worth. I suspect rifle fit...

Now listen up you lot. I moved from a nice quiet little beach town up North, to a very quiet sleepy little "village" somewhere near Nelson. There is a rifle range a couple of KM across the valley...

An awful lot came from north of the boarder too during the land clearances. Many of those were wonderers hence the proliferation of kiltie names round the country. I must admit that I'd hate a...

Apparently the site of the proposed range is currently a motocross track? Funny as if that's true, shooting range will seem nice and quiet then!

Haha I just spent 5 minutes on google earth checking how close it is too, its about 1.5km away as the crow flies with a hill and what looks like some fairly thick native bush in between. Imagine...

444 does have some boot. If you're not wanting to spend much on optics you might be better with a Bushnell, or an air rifle rated Nikko etc. But....some of the early Tascos were pretty reliable and...

Especially here in NZ with such stupid ammo prices. If you were to do their maths at NZ prices it would be an even bigger gap. However I would probably not shoot this ammo out of a nice stainless...
