   You don't need a flash bullet for the 6.5x55 because they have a high SD and penetrate like hell and even in ordinary bullets the BC is pretty good. 140 ELDM sound good. I haven't used them in mine...

   Bit of an update from me, ive since tried both the sierra 63gr SMP and the 65gr Gamekings, the 18" mod 7 shoots them both really well, the 65gr SGKs shot a 1 inch group at 200 yds without load...

    Yep, chopped barrel which helps, but these stocks have a heavy rubber fill in the stock and grip which drops a good few hundred grams. I just jammed some pool noodle foam back in to keep the noise...
