I do my reloading in a large steel shed (90 sq. m iirc). I keep my powder in a chillybin and primers in a chilly bag to reduce temperature variation

I did read about a guy who had something like this happen with an AR15. He took it to a gunsmwith, they screwed a fitting onto the end of the barrel and pumped grease into it until it came out.
