Personally the style of Red Stag Hunters Club resonates to me. Haven't watched a Duley show in ages, gone off it sorta. Red Stag and Hunting Aotearoa I can relate, close to the type of hunting I do....

So this trip didn't happen too long after my last outing. I decided to camp the night on the tops in the Lewis Pass again. Instead of thinking 'easy access' I tried to get off the beaten path a bit...

Another vote for the 165gr SST. Superb bullet out of a 308 at moderate 2,500-2650 velocities. Or if you can get them 165gr Nosler Partitions - another superb bullet.

Cool thanks that makes me feel better about the lack of camera but not the tahr. Was a sightseeing trip with the partner but will swap her for the rifle next trip
