   201592 https://dish.co.nz/recipes/smoky-chipotle-braised-venison It was pretty damned good. Cooking temp in recipe seems to be a mistake. I cooked it for 2.25 hours at 160c

    Stephen Heath in Taranaki would take you out for a fallow or 2 at $100 to the landowner plus around $50 for his fuel etc. He is based just out of Stratford, will take you to private large scale land...
