Yep hang it up for a night then cut off what you want to eat and put it covered in the fridge for a few days/week before cooking. Tender as. Even the mrs enjoyed it

I heard gladwrap was good to wrap around meat and creates a good seal which helps prevent it. I tried it on my last deer and so far better than plastic bags and cheaper.
