    I'm not a keen sunscreen applier. Horrible stuff. So I try and cover up as much as possible, accepting that I will often also need light and fast drying for rivers and wet vegetation first thing....

    Make sure you have a steel baffled can design if you have a 20" .270. As your short barrel will be very hard on the can and alloy baffles will get etched away fairly quickly.
