   putting them in a vice makes HUGE difference as you can put some weight onto stones to cut better/faster...I used mine to get blades back to proper angles

   The one thing with the magnetospeed is radial brakes f**k them up. I think the off barrel mount, combined with some sort of barrel mounted deflector could be the go here. Will have to have a think...

   Sounds like about time to insist on a refund. Clearly some form of fault in the rifle, not really reasonable to expect you to put up with the misfires and replacing firing pins every 3 months.
