Well had a catch up with pengy and a few beers for a trial run. Proved the concept. With the offset bridal it actually steers accross the wind quite well...much better than expected and handles...

Bloody wind driving me nuts. Not condusive to fishing for snapper from a ten foot tinny. Latley it has been off shore wind so thought i woyld knock up a kontiki. I have never seen one before...
