    Bacon and egg pie for a one nighter with no cooker. Cook up night before you head out, divide into 4, 1 for the early morning drive, 1 for lunch, 1 for dinner and 1 for breakfast the next day.

    I was one of the 1st to do Vac pack meat for bush use I reckon ?? Was great as when got to camp - put it in creek near camp and would keep for weeks Used to get a Taumarunui butcher to do it in...
