A mil-dot type reticle is your friend, and if you want to dial past 200M then you'll need the adjustment of a 30mm tube. AO or SF is pretty important too. My current scope of choice - A Sightron...

something 4x32 or better still 6x40mm is ideal...a 3x9x40mm works well but will be overkill unless you do quite a bit past 50 yards. my 2 both wearing 6x at the moment.
