From my research they like a .05" jump and a decent powder load. I followed that advice in my 223 and the last 3 shot 3 different powder loads shot .8 .7 and .65" inches at 100m - the group...

i just use my press with no die in it put your bullet in it raise it up grip the projectile with pliers and lower it after a while you should get the hang of it and not damage the projectile to much
