Been a shooter from 14 years old (School cadets - 22RF, Air Training Corps - 303 Service Rifle, National Service - FN 7.62 NATO, 9mm submachinegun, varmint hunting Australia - 22/250 Rem, 12 ga claybird targets (Down the Line mainly & novelty field shoots, Trench), NZ - 12ga clay bird DTL. 50 Barrett M82, 500 S&W Magnum revolver - USA. Loved it all.

    Any shotgun will do it as long as it fits you and shoulders good. For ease a u/o but semi will work. If doing only dtl get a trap gun otherwise a sporter with multi chokes will let you shoot...

    I used a SKB 5700 U/O for my years through high school. Fixed chokes, low rib, i had an adjustable cheek riser fitted to get a consistent cheek weld. It shot really well and snagged me a few trophies...
