I'm going to sell my much prized 05 Monaro, only because my new Toyota is more than a match for it, (as it should be) my old new Toyota wasn't :) ...

My 6.5 liter V8 used less fuel towing 2.5 ton than a new Hilux.I also got 300,000km out of a gearbox, the Hilux burned a trans under warranty and another one after.I have parked it up now but after...

My commodore uses less fuel than my last jap car. We used to ask Holden drivers for their fuel stats when they went on a long trip. The four six and V8 all used the same amount of fuel. Small...

Nah, not unpopular but I’ll continue to use my 1550cc motorbike, my 6 and 7+ litre Yank Tanks and any other car until there’s no petrol left or I run out of money - whichever comes first!plus

My current ride happens to be pushed along by a 429.....But I'm a Holden man through and through. Its a sad day indeed. What made Ford and Holden great here and in OZ was the rivalry that was...

A classic example of what happens when a viable company is controlled by accountants and university graduates (plus bolshy unionists). It just gets top-heavy and falls over! The crap about the...

The current Commodore was an orphan once GM sold Opel and Vauxhall to Peugeot in 2017. Peugeot agreed to make the car until the early 2020's and then it was going to be moving on to it's own...

Time for you to go get in a Focus RS and Astra RS. I drove both in the UK last year. The Ford is completely mental, whilst the Astra is just mildly mad. I did 3,000 miles around Scotland and the...

Whilst I've never been a Ford or Holden fan, it's a bit sad that a lot of people passionate about their product / brand are going to continue losing their jobs.

Hardly surprising. Who can afford the fuel bill for a nice 302 v8. A lot of their passenger cars were rebadged opels, vauxhalls, chevys.
