I tried bush hunting heaps years ago, had some very limited success but it just didn't spin my wheels. Since using dog though it's my absolute favorite thing to do by a long shot

FWIW we have always let our other dogs "see" for want of a better term (I'm not sure how else to describe it) their departed mate. In our case its easy to do this as the vet always comes to us...
