It's simply a measurement on given power at given range. Put up target at hundy and see how far the dots are lower than X hair... Double it for two hundy etc.. for arguments sake it's 2" at hundy...

The John Barness (Muledeer on most forums) load of 46.0 of H4895 with 155s had worked for me in a couple of range rifles. It is over book max so work up carefully.

Hornady 11th edition has loads for that bullet, with H4895 max is 44 grs for around 2700 fps out of a 22 inch barrel. AR 2208 has a listed max of 44.9 grs for 2700 fps with a 22 inch barrel....
