Yeah I've had nothing but success with them in the old 7mm08. In both 140 and 15 grain varieties. Both putting along at 2600ish

Ive had good result from the 150 ELDX on limited sample of animals (3 or 4 reds/fallow). Very stable and accurate 0.5' @2760.

i found the 150 eldx good on sika to 450- explosive inside 250 for sure.

How do the 150 Eld X perform if you can not get close to the lands?

@Bobba at std mag length in my tikka they shot about 2 MOA at best. Swapped to a LA mag and bolt stop and get pretty consistent MOA with them seated out a bit closer. Normal story though, all rifles are different!

I couldnt get them to group out of my 708 2moa at best, bloody shame that 517bc from memory is pretty desirable.
You dont really need to drive them superhard with that bc.

Using the 150 NBT in my 7mmRM @3160fps. Punches holes in things near and far.

But my .284 with 162 ELD-X kills them deader ����
