    What is the intended use?

    Shooting paper or hunting?

For my 1 in 8 twist Sako 75 I tried all sorts:

    55gn Hornady V-Maxes
    65gn Sierra Gamekkings
    69gn Sierra Matchkings
    75gn Hornady A-Maxes
    80gn Sierra Matchkings

    With 2206h and 2208

In the end I settled on the 65gn GK and 69gn MK.
One for hunting and one for targets, shot to within 0.5" of the same POI.
Both fit mag easily (ie not the A-Maxes), not fussy about seating depth and could shoot less than 0.3" at 100m when I bothered to try.

The 55gn V-Maxes got me my 410m shots on critters, but the 65gn was a better all rounder.
    Welcome to Sako club.

It would pay to start a grain or so lower and check the load is ok in your rifle. Also check the COAL in your rifle as the throats could be different. Its only a 10min job to cut the back out of a short T3 mag....and so worth doing to get the extra velocity and accuracy.

PM me if you have any ques
