Wouldn't it just be slow-ish 7mm magnum speeds.

    150 @ 3000 ish
    162 @ 2850 ish

Potentially even faster if 24".... I have no real idea sorry mate, just taking a stab in the dark.

    With a 24" and R17 I believe 3k won't be a problem with Amax.

Mine is 22.5". Havnt tried R17 but run 150 NBT at 2970 with 56g of 2209. Seems to work so far

My 19" barrel with re-17 got into 2900 fps range with the amax before getting pressure signs, was lower mid 2900 can't remember exact number. A lot slower with 2209 (about 150fps slower)

    1:9 twist Bartlein R5 24"

    162 amax

Did ladder test with 2209 and 2213SC

2209 started to show signed of pressure at 54.5g at 3000fps
    2213 at 3000fps at 58g

Looks like 53g 2209 at around 2880 is what the barrel likes

    I got 3000 with 54.5g

Have heard RL17 is temp sensitive and during the recent hot weather, 28 degrees, had 54.5gr show no pressure but 55.0 blew the primer clean out.

I'm wary of the Reloader powders in hot weather. R19 "warmed up" bloody quickly compared to weeks earlier and hence were not ok. Had to pull the lot. Two loads for both seasons almost.
