    30 Nosler Powder for Heavys

    What powder is everybody using in the big 30s Win Blaser RUM Weatherby Now Prc etc etc .
    Its a 9 twist shooting 225 elms and 230 Bergers 26" tube. and primers for that matter

    Thanks @7mmsaum I thought 2217 took the edge on temp stability? Should have said in the original post not intrested in 2225 due to availability

    ADI2217 does have the edge for temp stability but you mentioned the 230 grainers, ADI 2225 has the heavies covered

    Good advise needn’t consider availability of components

    2225, 2217, RL 25 etc are good in the big bangers, I use 2225 in my Rum but as stated hard to get.

    Rl33 is another good option, although not as stable as 2217.

    ADI2225 and Re26 Gave me better velocities than 2217 with the 225's in the win mag but have since gone back to 208's as seem to shoot better in my 1:10 twist

    Cheers il try 26 and 2217 if I can find any 33 seems very sensitive looking at yank pages
