I don't agree with your statement . I shoot 300 whisper/ blackout, 308 sub and 458 socom sub
Overall it is a question of Ballistic coefficient
The trajectory of the 300black with 240 smk is a bit better at 150 m than the 308 with 170 gr FP or 458 with 350gr HP. But the last two have very close trajectories.
