    @Yeetziy I have all the gear to do this

    Anneal 303 brass
    Form in 303-25 dies
    Trim to length
    Re anneal

    It's pretty easy
    Best done with good quality new brass
    Or with fired modern low round count brass

    Stay away from surplus military brass
