    dies and etc

meh, I don't see the point 'cos from shooting loads from Gav's one over a chrony it literally is so inefficient that it does the same speeds as a .22-250 with 10gr more powder

Ah a neck down and its custom everything.

Everything i have read and seen first hand recons its the one.

If you can only get 22-250 speed out of a 22-243 logic says you ain't comparing apples with apples.

Obviously it will take a lot more powder for a small gain, that is the way of overbore clamberings.
But a gain none the less.
I don't shoot 500 rounds each weekend so a few grains of powder is neither here nor there especially as i already have the brass and dies.

    They are just barrels

I really like my ex Gav 1-7 now 26", was 30", lost bugger all speed with the 4".

I wonder how much barrel it has left ?

It is still HELL accurate with the 90s, the only issue is at 1200 yards + it is bloody near impossible to hear it hit the steel or see a splash.

The 90s aren't very aggressive on the bunnies.

They really don't like it if you miss them, the impact will rip fist sized hunks of dirt out of the ground & shower them with crap, they would basically ignore the 40s out of the 204.

The 90s are great, the .551 Bc really shines way out there

That was so funny watching Gav try to take it off the 6.5 x 55 ? & hold it in a towel, the look on his face

Hopefully I will get that 22-243 back next week & it will go even faster

I bought it for the stock & the action, crappy old Kimber
