Is it all good? I've become some what of a Lapua snob. Plus I have a bunch sitting on the shelf. I see Gun Works has Norma at $145 for 100, cheapest I've seen it. And Serious Shooters has the Winchester at $60 for 50. About that same as Lapua .308.

Depends on how hard you want to push the brass? Lapua make harder cases than Norma but i believe the Norma brass is more consistent.

I worked up to 41gr 2208 behind a 154gr SST, CCI BR2. Velocity was pretty much right on 2600fps (this is a 20" gas gun remember). Both 41 and 40.5 grain loads produced groups well under .5" center to center. I'll definitely have to load some more up and see if it wasn't a fluke. It is quite a punchy load, I can feel it in the action when it cycles. There is a little case head swipe on the brass and the primers are starting to crater a little, don't really want to push it far past that. 2209 might be a good option for more speed but I don't really want to try it until I put my adjustable block on - port pressure will probably be very high. Regardless I am pretty pleased with how it's shooting, and a 154gr SST at 2600fps gives me quite a useful load to play with, decent trajectory and retained speed/energy.
