I've got a sweet load in my DPMS shooting an honest 1/2" or better, 175 SMK's and 2206h, I think 40.0gr but I'm not at home to check. I'll be home in 26 days, if you are still looking for a load I can check my little black book then!

That's my experience, both with ar10 and ar15
