My 1:12 twist 30-30 and 308 both shoot shooternz's 151gr cast bullets subsonic just fine.

The Bergara1:8 twist 308 is zeroed at about 200m with 150gr ammo, 4.5 MOA up has it zeroed at 50m with the subs.

Barnes 130 TTSX , 2950mv , seems to be mixed reviews on these monolithics but I had zero problems and they seem to hit like a sledgehammer , they do pass through on everything I've shot but I generally try to lung shoot and like a hole each side anyway

I like the 165SST like a few others. This is the only bullet I have used on a rear end shot using my 30-06. I was lying down watching a deer in a small clearing and it fed for ages without turning around. I got worried about it winding me and disappearing and had confidence in my rifle so shot it where the sun don’t shine. Jumped into the Bush and was dead about 5m in. Also used on Thar with no issues.

I've used 150gr Interlocks, speers, ssts.

For a cheap bullet go the 150gr Hot cor.

For something that can do a bit of this abit of that- 168gr A max or Sierras. My plan was to use some of my own no training wheels reloaded 168s this roar but covid royally screwed that up.

    Such is life

I prefer shooters 151 cast to the new winchester subs, they penetrate a lot better

I loaded some of Robert's cast bullets and some of the Hornady Sub-X 190 grainers this afternoon, now I need the range or bush to open!

Cheap, very accurate, and works well on animals, although I've only tried them on goats.
    I'm using these too,work on deer,pigs,and goats.

Robert’s cast lead 151gr are the bizzo.

They force a return to good old fashioned sneaky sneaky, which is great fun, if a bit taxing in very steep hill country...

Robert often has one or two listings on trademe. Just message him what you are after and he'll sort you out.

I'm running his 151grain in 308 for goat subs.

Also running lehigh controlled fracture for deer. They are wicked! You need a fast spin bbl though. Dean Maisey puts together a nice rig (kaimai rifle) for these.
Run 130 grain sstx for supers. Ticking along at 2950.
