    6.5 cm 135gn classic hunter

Anyone loading a 6.5 Creedmoor with the Berger 135gn Classic Hunter?
Looking to load it in my new Tikka Strata and want good speeds.
Seen people using along the lines of Reloader 16 or Hodgdon Superformance, just thought id see what everyone else is using!

Hi I’ve been using re26 as per the Berger data. Getting 2915fps from a 22 inch barrel. They kill very well

Duley did something between 43-46gr of superperformance in a test out of a creedmore with these rounds and they were doing about 2900~fps and accurate. I will find the article for you

Would the go alright out of a 264 win mag then?
Do they hold together up close or more of a faraway type projectile?

I have shot quite a few animals with them they seem pretty soft very effective inside 100 at 2915 mv longest shot 600 ish and still Expanded well. May be a bit soft for up close work with your win mag?

I shot a few deer with the 6.5 135gn classics, 150-250yds and they all exited, pretty vicious little suckers.
Shut up, get out & start pushing!
