Im not brand new. Old, in fact. But I like shiny and new. And anything better than the status quo.
If I was to start again, and replace everything I have ever shot stuff with, I would get one of these 6.5 prc. And keep my .223. They would be my 2 guns.
Wow, can I go hunting at your spots?I seen f all around mine last few outings. My luck must change soon or ill go on a farm hunt to get my mojo back

We had a big rainstorm go through the night before, I walked in and camped, got up at 4am and walked along a bush ridge to be coming into the open at 5.50 am. The big group of deer obviously had not seen action in a while but they were all back in the bush by 7am even though it was cold and overcast. I carried a swanny in, so that I was very quiet in the wet scrub.
Stevedog Is there sign down in the scrubby faces and the grass in the scrub margin ? If there is sign, just get there at the right time. Take a sleeping bag.
Man I don’t want one or need one but I kinda want one ......
You definitely need 1...

What is the bipod on there @The Claw , I am lookiing for something lighter better than the harris
"Hunting and fishing" fucking over licenced firearms owners since ages ago.
308Win One chambering to rule them all.
Has anyone got experience comparing felt recoil between a 284 shooting 162s and a 6.5PRC with 140 - 147s?
Stagstalker the PRC I sold Nick was very pleasant to shoot . It was a lot lighter recoiling than my 30/284 with 155 amax's . I was using 143 eld's factory .
It's a Tier One mate, with carbon fibre legs. I quite like it, solid and stable without being overly heavy. Have leg extensions for it too and the claw feet which are bloody good.
