Thread: 7mm magnum

It's a sako 85 hunter stainless, had a standard factory unfluted barrel which was fluted after purchase. I am aware of the pro's of fluting a barrel which I like and it looks awesome but I have heard in some cases it can mess with the harmonics if not done properly. I'm sure it's fine just being picky, I had hoped it would just shoot anything I fed it straight out of the box like most other sako's. The sako mag has plenty of space for big long cartridges so seating depth isn't limited at all really. Cheers mac, have a good one !
