7mm saum rem brass vs norma 300 saum

I am running a 7mm saum-based wild cat (shoulder bumped down 200 thou). I have been running rem brass for a number of years (52.5 g 2209, cci LR 162amax). I am pretty much out of rem brass and have just worked up some norma 300 saum ready to roll. I know it is softer than the rem.

I have two questions for the saum guys that have run both the rem and norma brass how much did you have to back the norma off compared to the rem due to its softness?

Also will we ever see rem saum brass for sale here again or is it history? Aside from the fact that there was huge variation in weights batch to batch (I have seen rem brass vary in weight from about 205-225 g) it seemed fine and it was cheap.

I run a 7mm SAUM and run Rem brass, tried necking down some 300 Norma, but had to take 1-1.5gr of 2217 out of it to not get ejector marks. I had enough Rem brass to last a little while longer so im still using that - Its definitely a lot harder.

I did weight sort all my rem brass, and noticed the same large variance in weights as you. I just batch it, and it shoots .5-.75 MOA which is good enough for me.

I run a stiff load of 2217 and get 3k from a 22" barrel with the 162 Amax, which is pretty hard on the brass with primer pockets loosening up reasonable quickly, im sure if i backed the load down a tad the animals wouldnt notice, but its just so dam accurate at that load.
