UPDATE:
So Im running comparator length of 66.6mm.
Standard 7mmRM rounds have a OAL of 84mm, these sit at 83.6mm.
Tested 68 - 70.5gr of 2217 with .210 primers.
68-70gr group relatively the same at MOA at 100m. (Recommendation is 68.5gr)
70.5gr was a larger group of around 2MOA. Could have been that shoot though.
Plan is to run through a Chrony now and see what fps I am achieving with the 70gr.
Depending on velocity, I’ll either leave it as is or move the round closer to the lands.
