Hand loaders is where I started. Now I have two presses, trimming gear, and draws full of shit. I have dies for calibres I dont have any more.

That Buffalo brass is made by ADI/Thales I'm not mistaken. Outdoor Sporting Agencies (OSA) are a wholesaler/importer. I believe Buffalo is their brand and they have ADI make that ammo for them.
Basically millitary brass loaded with soft point for the civilian market.
Privi Partizan Union (PPU) are considered decent brass and come as factory loads for a reasonable price. We've had access to factory PPU .308 ammo at $20 per pack, $1 a piece here a few years back.
Any of that brass is reloadable.
