Awesome!
Im not sure that exact timing is any real advantage. Bit like weighing powder down to the .01 of a grain. If you have the timing within a reasonable range neck tension seems very consistent. I do take them a little hotter than most seem to recommend though. Iv been told that the way I do it wont work but yet i have no problem getting long brass life and very good accuracy and ES with loads. Its cost me nothing to set up aside from a few cases while I was leaning ...The proofs in the pudding so Ill stick with it.

We have annealed about 8k of cases via the deep well socket/Dewalt method.Very cheap ,very accurate.Only real consummable is the gas from Mega.
Sounds very much like what I do. I do not drop in water after, just left to cool.
The best design machine I have seen so far in link below, I am 90% finished on a table top saw blade type one but the case spin set up has had me mucking around for hours trying to set up and still needing work to be able to do more than one caliber or case size. I reckon I would have one like the video built in the time it would take to get the case spin right on the first machine.

That'd make a good thread if you cared to share it.

Cheers Pete.
Good design. You could simplyfy it more buy just having the 1 turntable and hand feeding onto a feed ramp.
That's shit hot, well done😆
