Or you can just learn where it shoots when hot and compensate If you only shoot cold barrel that's fine, sight it on a cold and your done. If however you can't then learn where it walks too.
By the way, I had a can for the .22 that dropped the first shot on cold. Cunt of a thing cause it never dropped the same. So one to warm it then it was good, but you never knew when it would go to 'cold' again or where/how far it would drop that first one.
So if you shot cold every time then let it go cold between every shot sighting in.
At times I'll do strings of 20+ so I want to know where it goes.
