Definitely shoot what you have loaded to see what they do, then you'll know if it makes a difference or not...... probably not at short ranges 100 M or under.
You probably should size any new brass before reloading it, if you are looking for concentric ammo. Then there is the theories behind whether to have an expander in or not ( pulling necks out of alignment ).
If you are going to resize the new brass check whether there is any difference in concentricty before / after at the neck.
