Can i get help with a 'formula'

Hey team am just starting to reload and will be doing some work on my rounds over the weekend.
First load i have a starting point from a mate and i have picked up a second load from on here which is awesome but i have just bought some dies and the company has thrown in some free 125gr speer TNTs. Does anybody run these rounds and if so what powder and amount of grains do you use.
They will be used in my tikka 308 bushpig(16" barrel).
Appreciate any help i can get.

    regards
    John

ADI guide is quite conservative, I would suspect with 2206H you will find a load that delivers 3000fps+ quite easily with not too much messing about

You could also ask someone on here to run some numbers through quickload for various powders. I think @zimmer and @Timmay have it off the top of my head.
