Thread: CCI LR vs Wolf River LR?

Has anyone switched from CCI LR to WR LR primers? It seems that the WR ones are the only thing available in my neck of the woods at present. Not really much on the wider internet to go by but looks like WR might be slightly hotter?

I've used them interchangeably with Federal 210's and have not noticed any difference there with extruded powders.

Only thing I'd advise is that if you have new brass with tight primer pockets, they can be a bugger to seat.

Iv got some stunning loads with them as above they are a prick to seat in certain brass they are slightly hotter than a 210 but a none issue if running a safe load if on the edge of pressure they could push over unsure how the CCI stacks up
