    Nailed it, if you zoom in on the pic you can see 7 on one side of the case head and prc on the other, not to mention the barrel has 284 stamped into it

    I'm not sure the barrel pictured is part of the rifle in question - who fits and chambers a rifle with the ends still on the blank . ... . It's a no-no

    Good idea to write the powder weight down and have it in view when weighing it out. Another good check option is to weigh the loaded rounds. A significant overload should show up in the overall weight.
