    Also, check your shellholder, make sure it's not the universal type. Redding makes specific size shellholders. https://www.redding-reloading.com/on...ellholder-sets

    Are you using Hornady projectiles?

    Sounds like the coarse thread on adjustment is still turning, not just the fine thread, you have locked it off?

    Nothing in the Destructions about that we’ll not that i saw how do you do that would make Absolute sense though

    Measuring bump with calipers is all about feel, same thing with base to ogive. Not uncommon to get inconsistent measurements until you learn how to do it with consistent pressure.

    there is another way take a look at these videos. https://www.wheeleraccuracy.com/videos

    Get a little plastic box and keep one bullet and one case with known measurements as a zero or check. Write on them the measurements. You can get variations when you reattach your comparator. Use them as a verification tool before you start.
