Have a John Reeves London sporting rifle They are fun to shoot just getting some 86grain rounds together as have not fired a nose bleeder as yet. I have a Harrington and Richards 45-70, a 1904sxs Williams Evans 12 g just restocked by Ian Gaskill in Raglan, it came up a treat and a parker hale 2 band 54 cal Enfield. But like the cartridge guns better. Shooting Tauranga on Sunday.
Have the mh in bits building up the block pivots as the firing pin was hitting low on the primers and causing misfires, shows off my flinch real good!

Some of those poor bastards must have died a horrible death after being pinged with a projectile like that!

They cant see it when its in the chamber I loaded a heap more just now took 1 1/2 hours. Tested 10 shots and boy do they make factory ammo shit, all touching and only 27 fps difference in the loads. Is that good from the highland stuff we tried its better.

27 fps difference between 10 new rounds, or average diff between reloads and bought ammo ?

I'm assuming the first, which is very good, means you were being careful and accurate when measuring the powder

Very careful. Is 3-5min per round slow? Thats what I seem to average. The scales move easy like 1 pellet of the powder moves it. Pain in the ass with that part but seeing it finished is worth it.

Good, keep it up. Slow is good, easy to get distracted or careless, and blow up a barrel or worse.

Nah I got one from that adi chart link someone gave me on here and just used 56grs since it was roughly inbetween the max and min. With my first test loads they were all touching each other in the paper so cant see reason to change
