    Having owned a Dillon 650 in the past, I liked it............. mostly. There were some little things about it that bugged me and recently when buying a new press, I did NOT buy another Dillon. I brought a Hornady Lock n Load AP.

    The thing that bugged me about the 650 and why I jumped the fence;
    -The Hornady primes on demand. The 650 I had (it was a while back) spat out a primer every time the handle was pulled. The Hornady will only spit one out when an unprimed case is present
    -Caliber change over! Dillon Tools heads are not cheap and dies are fixed in it. The Hornady now uses the quick release bushings and take an eighth of a turn to remove. The flex ability is great, if I just what to decap a hundred rifle case, I pull the dies and insert the decapper and swap the shell plate. This takes less than 15 seconds.
    -Shell plate change over is about 20 seconds.
    -Purchase price a couple of hundred less than a Dillon.

    One down side of no longer owning a dillon is I'm no longer in the elite Blue Club, but its OK, because with the time and money I can save in reloading, I can spend more time and money shooting

    Might steal the camera ideal though.
